1. Mode of Product Delivery
Upon completing your purchase, delivery is executed electronically via our online Learning Management System (LMS) at learn.digiyatra.store and via email confirmation.
2. Delivery Process & Timeline
- Immediate Account Provisioning: Once the payment transaction is successfully verified and authorized by our payment gateway, your student LMS account is provisioned automatically.
- Email Confirmation: An automated order receipt and account login details are dispatched to the email address provided during checkout within a few minutes of successful payment.
- Instant Online Access: You can log into your student dashboard immediately to stream video lessons and access digital course resources.
3. Delivery Charges
Since all courses and materials are delivered over the internet, there are zero (₹0) shipping or handling fees on all digital purchases.
4. What to Do If You Experience Delivery Delays
In rare cases where you complete payment but do not receive access immediately:
- Check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders in your email client for the access credentials email.
- Ensure that your internet banking or UPI transaction status shows "Success" and is not in a pending bank verification state.
- If more than 15 minutes have passed and access is not active, please contact our support desk with your payment reference ID.
